SELLER REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 1st FOR OUR SUMMER 2025 SALE.

Ready to clean out and refresh that closet? Our easy and fun process helps you to de-stash your threads, turn them into cash, and refresh your wardrobe all in one place. Here is how it works...

Sellers keep 60% and pay 40% commission to Scarlet Threads for the services provided. If you want to pay less commission, and keep more of your earnings, we invite you to help run the sale! Event helpers will pay only 25-35% in commission depending on the number of hours helped. 

 

A HUGE perk of being a Scarlet Threads Seller and/or Helper, is you get to shop BEFORE the public at

our Seller/Helper only pre-sale.

  • Step 1- Register as a Seller (must be 18 years or older) pay the $17 registration fee.

        Seller fees are  non-refundable/non-transferable.

  • Step 2- Schedule a Drop Off appointment. (Log into seller account to choose an appointment)

  • Step 3- Gather, Prep, and Create Tags using our online system.

  • Step 4 – Schedule an Event Helper shift. Helping at the sale is not required, but these events do require a large amount of help to run smoothly.  Click HERE for more info on making a higher commission as an Event Helper as well as EARLY SHOPPING.

  • Step 5- Drop Off your items during sale week. 

  • Step 6- Time to shop! Refresh your wardrobe by finding name brands at unbeatable prices.

  • Step 7- Pick Up or Donate your unsold items. Your check will be emailed via e-checks within 2 weeks of the close of the sale.

Note: must be 18 years or older to be a Seller. We require a 15 item minimum & allow 200 items max.

​

Rockstar Sellers (Sellers w/65% sell through percentage from prior sale) may request 250 item limit.

​

Sellers​ with a sell thru percentage less than 40% from previous sale they participated in, may be subject to lower overall item limit or blocked as a Scarlet Threads Seller. Additional factors may be considered. If this might apply to you, please reach out via email.

The Seller percentages are as follows:

​

  • Sellers that help during a Premium Shift (see schedule for shift options) shop at 12pm, pay 30% commission keeping 70% of sales.

  • Sellers that help run the event for 13.5 hours (3 shifts) shop at 12pm, pay 25% commission keeping 75% of sales.

  • Sellers that help run the event for 9 hours (2 shifts) shop at 2pm, pay 30% commission keeping 70% of sales.

  • Sellers that help run the event for 4.5 hours (1 shift) shop at 3pm, pay 35% commission keeping 65% of sales.

  • Sellers that do NOT help run the event shop at 4pm, pay 40% commission keeping 60% of sales.
